Bentonville’s First Rooftop Bar Experience

As Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, I was tasked with boosting traffic and revenue for a struggling rooftop bar in Bentonville.

I fully refreshed the brand, from voice to graphic design to the physical design and decor in the venue. I then planned and executed a robust marketing campaign based on brand research, including targeted influencer programming, targeted local media spots, and a premiere opening event.

We were delighted with the results:

  • Celeste welcomed twice as many guests compared to the same period last year, resulting in a 43% increase in revenue year-over-year and a 48% outperformance against budget.

  • Influencer posts exceeded expectations, receiving over 300,000 views and 20,000 interactions. Our Instagram views increasing by 209% the month we launched, and follower count increasing by 50%.

  • This gained traction outside of paid media, with 2 local news outlets writing full articles, 1 local podcast doing a premiere feature on Celeste, and Garden & Gun Magazine including it in their Summer recap.
